As a John Godoy Fitness executive personal training client, you will be both mentally and physically challenged to achieve greater and greater fitness goals. The program begins with a full fitness assessment where we create a base point from where to gage our progress. This involves a movement screen where we test for any postural distortions you may have so as we can design a program geared towards correcting them and in so doing creating a solid foundation from which to work. Then based on your initial goals we will commence both training and nutritional intervention so as to provide you with the right weapons to be your best.
