3 Essential Communication Strategies for Leading Change

In times of change, good communication strategies are key. Whether you're the conduit for change communication from management to your staff, or the leader of change within your team, these 3 strategies will help:

1️⃣ Be Consistent:

If you're not intentionally consistent with communicating relevant information, something else will likely fill the void—often in the form of gossip, incorrect information, or misinformation.

2️⃣ Use Multiple Mediums:

Not everyone's primary preference for communication is email. Using different mediums increases the chances that your message will reach the largest percentage of your intended audience.

3️⃣ Enlist Change Agents:

These are people with influence within your team or staff. Communicate to them first, get them on board, and have them help spread the communication.
