A diet is your freedom to choose!


Diets are typically viewed as being restrictive eating habits that leave people feeling deprived of the foods they love.


A far more productive way to see them is as being a pattern of eating that gives you the choice of what to eat in order to reach your goals.


Going forward, I challenge you to reframe how you view the word diet. Instead of seeing it as deprivation, start viewing it as the freedom to choose the foods that will provide you the health and body you aspire.
