How to be a confident communicator in the NEW NORMAL

In many ways, the pandemic has been a powerful teacher.

It has taught us that a lot of our assumptions about online and virtual communication pre-pandemic were wrong.

Over the last 15 months we have learned that:

  1. Virtual communication CAN be highly effective when done right.

  2. Virtual communication makes business sense as it cuts down on travel costs and saves time.

  3. Presentations and online events can be effective when done well.

As the hybrid work model is here to stay, here are a few strategies that you can use to ensure you are better prepared to excel in the new virtual communication landscape.
