When you're feeling down in the dumps and you can't seem to shake it off, a strategy that often works is to focus your attention and efforts on helping someone else.
Something as simple as placing a call to a friend who you know who may be struggling more than you may be a lifesaver for them... and in turn a lifesaver for yourself.
Maybe creating a social media post where you share some thoughts and ideas that you think might uplift someone else may cross their attention at just the right time.
