Ultimately, none of us knows how long we have to live.
So, live today as if it were your only one.
This does not mean, ignore your responsibilities. Rather it reminds us to include in each of our days those simple things that make us happy.
It means, making sure that our days are not solely spent performing tasks that carry us to our long-term goals and putting off living today.
It reminds us to be intentional with each precious day of our finite lives so that should today be our last day, at the end of it, we will have spent it not simply pursuing some distant goal - but truly experiencing and enjoying living our life in the present.
Spend time with those you care about, get out in nature, do something you enjoy
As a life is the sum of your days, by living by this mindset each day, you will ensure that you lead a good life.
